Have 3-5 Quarterly Priorities for each team member that align with those of the organisation

Have Scoreboards that are up everywhere displaying current progress on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Critical Numbers

Develop and implement inorganic growth strategies including merger & acquisitions in my sector and other geographies
